Where do DVIBZ products ship from?
All items are printed and shipped by our production partners in Canada and the U.S., depending on the product. Some items may ship separately if they’re produced in different locations.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and product. After your order is processed:
- Canada & U.S.: 7–12 business days
- Mexico & International: 10–20 business days
Note: All DVIBZ products are made-to-order, so please allow 2–7 days for production before shipping.
What currency is your store in?
Prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Please review sizing and order details carefully. If there’s an issue with your order, email us within 7 days at hiya@dvibz.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a sizing guide listed on its product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Will I be charged tax?
Applicable taxes (like GST/HST) will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
