Returns & Exchanges
All DVIBZ products are made-to-order by our trusted production partners in Canada and the U.S. Because of this, we do not offer returns, size exchanges, or refunds unless your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.
Please double-check your order details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
If there’s a problem with your order:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hiya@dvibz.com with:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
If the issue qualifies (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on our production partner’s policy.
Important Notes:
- Returns or exchanges for wrong sizing, color choice, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
- If multiple items were ordered, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the fulfillment location.
- Each case will be reviewed individually and handled in alignment with our suppliers’ policies.
- Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
